Weighty enough to feel sturdy without being bulky, solid but not heavy, thick but not overly so, grippy knurling but doesn't hurt, strong clip but not too tight. The pen is activated by clicking on the top, so it can be picked up and used one-handed. Clicker is solid and doesn't make an annoying sound when clicked (minor, but really nice).
